Orders and acceptance

Returns and customer protections

Defective and eligible non-defective new merchandise may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. A non-defective item must be unused and in original condition. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery, obtain approval before mailing, and use the free prepaid label included in the parcel. No restocking fee applies.
