Order preparation

Following successful payment authorization, an order is ordinarily prepared within 1–2 business days. Carrier travel after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are outside these business-day periods, and the estimate is not a promise of arrival on a particular date.

Services and tracking

Checkout displays the shipping services, charges, and destination eligibility available for the basket. Customers should verify the street, unit, city, state, and postal code before submitting payment. Tracking begins when the carrier accepts and scans the parcel.

Delivery assistance

Severe weather, peak demand, carrier interruption, and address correction can alter progress. For a parcel that is delayed, missing, marked delivered but cannot be found, or damaged in transit, email gladylabomba1313@gmail.com with the order reference, checkout email, tracking information, and useful photographs. Retain the package while the matter is reviewed.
