How long does shipping take?

Payment authorization is followed by a normal 1–2 business-day handling period. Estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays; an exact arrival date is not guaranteed.

Which returns are accepted?

Eligible new merchandise may be returned whether it is defective or non-defective, and exchanges may be requested. A preference return must be unused and in original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-content orders are also eligible for review. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery; legal consumer rights are preserved. See the Refund Policy.

How is an approved return sent?

Obtain approval, then use the free prepaid return label already included in the parcel and the confirmed mailing directions. There is no restocking fee. If the label is absent, use Contact Us.

When is the refund initiated?

An approved original-method refund is processed and initiated within 10 days. Financial-institution posting time is separate.
